Help homeowners understand what is possible in their yard and guide them through the next steps with Pacific Studio Pools.

• Listen to the homeowner’s goals, priorities and project timing.
• Explain our custom pool work and Studio Pool packages clearly.
• Coordinate with the design team to turn conversations into a defined project.
• Keep project notes and follow-up organized in our CRM.
• Provide a clear handoff so the team understands what the homeowner has chosen.

• Clear communication and the ability to listen closely.
• A thoughtful, organized approach to follow-up.
• Comfort explaining a project and working with a design and construction team.
• Relevant sales experience and an interest in outdoor living.
